Strategic Affiliation Information
The Council on Litigation Management is pleased to establish strategic affiliations with national, state and local associations and professional organizations. These affiliations promote awareness, provide resources, and extend capabilities and services. Our strategic affiliation program is outlined below.
If you are a CLM Fellow/Member or a member of a state/local organization and would like to discuss an affiliation with the Council, please contact a State Chair in your state. These individuals are listed in the “Mission & Leadership” section on our website. If you are a member of a national organization and would like to discuss an affiliation with the Council, please contact John McGann (jmcgann@onebeacon.com), Wayne Salen (wayne.salen@laborfinders.com) or Adam Potter (adam.potter@ligmtmg.org).
Strategic Affiliation Categories:
State and Local Affiliations
These affiliations will be established and monitored by State Chairs. This category and any affiliated activity will be customized according to the needs and expectations of the affiliated group/association and the CLM. Expected benefits may include:

- Membership Reciprocity
- Access to CLM speaker bureau
- Limited co-branding
- Limited access to educational programs
- Other activities as mutually agreed to
National Affiliations
These affiliations will be structured by the CLM Strategic Affiliations Committee and CLM executives. The benefits in this category would be customized and may include, but not be limited to:
- Website links
- Special membership reciprocity
- Reciprocal publications discounts
- Utilization of each others Speakers Bureau
- Reciprocal discounts to National Conferences/Exhibitor Opportunities
- Access to Newsletters in various areas of interest
- Access to educational programs
- Access to National network (Chapters, local meetings, Regional Conferences, etc.)
- Access to Preferred Vendor Organizations and Programs
- Defined co-branding efforts to promote each organization
- Other activities as mutually agreed to
